Cherry Pick Portal Terms of Use

Cherry Pick provides software and tools for managing a restaurant profile, menu, orders, reservations, marketing assets and related digital services.

Cherry Pick is not a party to the relationship between the restaurant and its end customers, except where expressly stated for a specific payment or integration service.

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you act on behalf of the restaurant or are otherwise authorised to create and manage an account for it.

If you accept these terms as an employee or contractor, you confirm that you use the platform on the restaurant’s behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for account security and for all actions performed through your account.

The restaurant is responsible for menus, prices, images, descriptions, allergens, opening hours, delivery terms and any other information shown to customers.

Cherry Pick may prepare sample or imported data, but the restaurant must review and correct it before active use.

Certain features are available only on an active paid plan. Prices, fees and included functionality are determined by the current pricing catalogue.

Payments, payouts and other integrated services may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, Meta and others. Separate third-party terms may apply.

You may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or harmful activity, including infringement of third-party rights or circumvention of platform safeguards.

Cherry Pick aims to keep the platform reliable and available, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical incidents, third-party integrations or force majeure.

We may change, improve, restrict or discontinue certain functionality. If these terms change materially, we may require renewed acceptance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cherry Pick is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, indirect damages, business interruption, errors in restaurant content or acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, abuse, legal requirement or platform security risk.

The restaurant may stop using the platform at any time, but this does not release already accrued obligations.

Use of the platform involves processing data relating to the restaurant, staff members and operational workflows. Such processing is subject to applicable data protection rules and our privacy policy.
